South African ” The Witness” is reporting that luxury cruise liners are avoiding journeys from Europe to South Africa via the Red Sea and the Horn of Africa. Instead the cruise liners take routes around the cost of West Africa. This are measures having been stepped up by the cruise lines, in order to avoid attacks by pirates and to assure safe passage of their passengers. Read more: The Witness.
